Once the ad publication process is complete, and in the event that you are a private advertiser (hereinafter, “Private Advertiser” or “Private Advertisers”), it will be mandatory to validate the telephone number indicated in the advertisement, receiving a confirmation communication to the email address provided during registration.

Likewise, to avoid the existence of advertisements for properties already sold or rented, we ask Private Advertisers to confirm their advertisements from time to time .

7. Ad publishing rules

By using the ad publishing services, you agree to:

Do not publish repeated images or images with any type of frame, watermark, logo or text or compositions of several images of the properties.
Sign a sales or rental order, in advance, where the specific conditions will be established.
Do not publish ads without images or with images that are not relevant to the ad.
Do not publish properties of different typology than the one contracted (new construction / second-hand).
Do not publish properties under a type of operation other than the contracted one (sale/rental).
Indicate if you publish a property under the co-ownership modality.
Do not publish properties in areas other than the contracted area.
Do not publish properties that will not be available in the short term.
Do not publish properties for vacation rental or tourist use.
Do not publish inaccurate prices.
Include in advertisements any information that may be mandatory in accordance with current state, regional or local regulations.
You acknowledge that Property Partners reserves the right to (i) apply penalties for ad publishing; or (ii) terminate advertisements that do not comply with these publication rules or the T&C and/or the Specific Conditions, if applicable.

8. Continuity of operation of the Website

Property Partners works permanently for the continuous operation of the Website, however, it is not possible to guarantee its availability or stability at all times.

It is your responsibility to have a connection to the Internet and/or World Wide Web (Network), as well as to have and implement the equipment, computer programs, modems or other elements and/or instruments necessary to connect.
