The property has an area of 160.2 hectares according to deeds and 173 hectares according to Google and historical records provided by former owners.

It has excellent access, located on the edge of a paved road, Reumen-Futrono, just minutes from Highway 5 South. It has an area of 115.73 hectares of new grasslands, including Ballicas, Pasto Ovillo and Festucas. All of these hectares are cultivable.
